Got questions? We've got answers

If I can’t go, is this refundable?

No, your ticket is not refundable. We require you to purchase travel insurance and suggest a cancel-for-any-reason policy (must be purchased within 7 days of your first payment).

What if I get seasick or car sick?

If you experience motion sickness, this retreat may not be ideal. Costa Rica has curvy roads and drivers may go fast. We suggest checking out our Greece Retreat (to be announced soon) if this is a concern.

Is this an adventurous trip?

Yes! This retreat is a healthy mix of adventure and relaxation. You’ll enjoy a waterfall excursion, volcano hike, and optional ziplining—but also have downtime at the hot springs hotel and Tamarindo beach.

Is this the final agenda?

No, this is a high-level overview. The final agenda will be sent to attendees 14 days before the retreat starts.

What airports should I fly into?

Fly into SJO (San Jose). You can either fly out of LIB (Liberia) or take a regional Sansa flight back to SJO.

What’s the weather like?

It’s peak season in Costa Rica! Expect gorgeous 80s–90s °F and little to no rain. We recommend packing light and in a carry-on for convenience.
